SB 91                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 91 "An Act creating the crime of criminal                      
transmission of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)" was read the               
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Green moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee Substitute              
offered on page 577.  Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL                    
NO. 91(HES) was adopted and read the second time.

Senator Miller, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous              
consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third               
reading and placed on final passage.  Senator Ellis objected.
